Although Issue 1 has not yet been certified to the ballot - through the submission and validation of a sufficient number of signatures of registered voters - Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner has instructed County Boards of Elections to include the Referendum on Sub. S.B. No. 16 when printing ballots for their November 6 General Election.
